ConstruLog ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the ConstruLog app and services.

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password) and when using the app (project data, photos, voice notes, location data for GPS tagging, and device information). We also collect usage data and crash reports to improve the app.
We use your information to: • Provide and improve the ConstruLog service • Generate AI-powered reports from your photos and voice notes • Send transactional emails (report delivery, account activity) • Send push notifications about your projects and reports • Process payments through Lemon Squeezy or RevenueCat • Analyze app usage to improve features (PostHog analytics)
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States (DigitalOcean). Photos and files are stored in DigitalOcean Spaces object storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: • Service providers necessary to operate the app (OpenAI for AI features, Resend for email, Lemon Squeezy/RevenueCat for payments) • Law enforcement when required by law We use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics.
You have the right to: • Access your personal data (Settings → Export Data) • Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete Account) • Correct inaccurate information (Settings → Profile) • Withdraw consent for analytics at any time
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Project data and reports are deleted immediately upon account deletion.
ConstruLog is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
